Fluorescent Pigment Powder can be used as pigment for most clear and semi-opaque bases such as a colourant for sand, nail art, soap, bath bombs and various other industrial applications.
These powders are UV responsive and emit back after shining with a UV light. They have a 0.5-2um particle size.
Being a very fine powder, we recommend the use of dust masks. These pigment powders are not water soluble. For external use only.
